I am pleased to announce that the article I co-authored with my University of St Andrews colleagues Prof. Sin-Wang Chong, PhD, PFHEA and Elizabeth Hashimura, entitled Fairness for sale: the hidden costs of international language tests, has been published in the ELT Journal. In this discussion article, we challenge the premise that international standardized language tests benefit students and teachers.
